Due to the nature of our products being made to order any defects or concerns will be addressed as per warranty terms with the manufacturer directly. We do not accept returns of any kind unless otherwise discussed.

Orders that are cancelled before shipment will be subject to a 5% restocking fee with no exceptions. 

Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. All returns must be properly packed and returned in their original packaging, freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted.
