The GigaLaser is the largest laser that PowerMedic offers and is among the largest lasers in the world. The GigaLaser is used for treatment of larger areas of the body, such as the back, neck, hip, or leg. The screen is divided into three sections that can be adjusted individually and adapted to the treatment of, for instance, a knee, shoulder area, or face.

Powerful and effective – for deep tissue and surface treatments
One of the largest area lasers in the world, the GigaLaser is designed for targeting:
- large areas of the body;
- large-area muscle groups;
- large-area surface/skin conditions
For example: the whole lower back for back pain, the whole hip post-surgery, the whole knee for arthritis pain, the whole face for acne etc.
With 36 laser diodes, the GigaLaser delivers a very large dosage of laser light in a short amount of time.
The GigaLaser is HyperPulsed™ with a peak output power of 36,000mW (average: 18,000mW).
This provides a deeper penetration into the tissue, compared to continuous wave, while maintaining an average output power that prevents excessive heating or damaging of the tissue.
Unattended therapy
The GigaLaser can be used unattended, giving you the freedom to do other treatments at the same time, see other patients/clients, or take care of other business.
Large area treatment
The GigaLaser covers an area of 500cm2 (77in2) and can deliver broad, safe, and effective laser therapy to any area of the body.
The head of the GigaLaser can easily be adjusted in three dimensions: wrap, tilt, or rotate into any position to fit your treatment area, e.g. the lower back, a hip, a knee, the face.
Multi-wavelength – for optimal results
The GigaLaser is equipped with 36 laser diodes, as well as 144 red LEDs and 144 blue LEDs.
With a simple flick of a switch, you can adjust the GigaLaser to emit either one, two, or three wavelengths of therapeutic light simultaneously, both maximizing results and reducing treatment times:
- Near infrared – 808nm (laser)
Stimulates stressed mitochondria to produce ATP at normalized levels, supercharging the natural healing process and other biological processes.
- Red light – 660nm (LED)
Increases the blood circulation and the formation of collagen tissue.
- Blue light – 405nm (LED)
Kills bacteria.

Besides its laser diodes for treating underlying areas, the GigaLaser also has red and blue/violet light. The red light (660 nm) stimulates the micro circulation in the surface of the skin, and the blue/violet light (405 nm) helps reduce bacteria in the surface of the skin. The result is a very powerful treatment that stimulates the body’s functions in several areas.
The GigaLaser delivers a very large dosage of laser light in a very short amount of time, and treatment with the GigaLaser is therefore less time consuming and, at the same time, more efficient for both the patient and the practitioner. A simple and user-friendly touch screen with six pre-defined treatment programs makes it easy for the practitioner to use the laser.

Sussers Clinic of Podiatry
I started my clinic of podiatry in 1975. When the customer is sitting in the chair having their feet treated, the conversation often turns to other physical problems that they are having, and this way I developed an interest in the human being as a whole and wanted to help in other ways.
In 1996, I graduated as a craniosacral therapist and started relieving various muscle and skeletal problems, headaches, migraines, and much more.
At a podiatry exhibition, I met PowerMedic and immediately got interested in laser therapy for the treatment of warts and inflamed nail ridges. I had not been able to do much for those conditions with the resources I had available at the time.
